Chile sends charge d’affaires to Iran after 35 years

TEHRAN – Chile recently dispatched a charge d’affaires to Iran in complete silence after 35 years of problematized diplomatic ties, ISNA reported on Sunday.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif’s will visit Chile next week. Chile opened its embassy in Tehran in early 2016.
